The consultation takes place on an online platform. You will receive the link to the meeting directly after booking the consultation. The only technical requirement is an electronic device such as a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop with internet access (with or without a camera).

To get the most out of your online consultation, we recommend that you prepare as you would for a regular doctor’s visit. Consider in advance what you would like to know and note down your questions. What You Can Expect

Our physicians will prepare for your case by reviewing the documents you provide in advance, allowing you to start with your most important questions right away. During the consultation, the goal is to answer all questions and together develop a new individual rehabilitation path. The rehabilitation does not have to take place in our clinic if, for example, it is not possible due to travel reasons. Through our extensive network, we can help you contact other clinics in your area and facilitate the admission process for you. Other rehabilitation paths will also be discussed, such as online rehabilitation or our @Home services, where our therapists perform the therapies at your home.

After the Consultation

During the consultation, you will receive feedback and recommendations for further actions. After the consultation, we will send you a quote for the desired services, which will again list all the recommendations discussed. If you decide to stay in another clinic for rehabilitation, we will establish contacts with clinics in your area for you.
