Training relies heavily on the feedback of the therapists, again based on observation and experience. With smart technology, the precision and depth of such observation can be improved which allows for a much more targeted and personalised training. This requires large experimental testing stations for an in-depth analysis of movements, language or thinking. The CAREN gait laboratory is one such example.
