ESOC 2019: Recommendations

»Neurorehabilitation is gaining attention in the stroke community. This year at ESOC – one of the largest conventions about stroke worldwide – there are several sessions on neurorehabilitation looking at new experimental approaches, evidence for treatment efficacy and neural mechanisms underlying these treatments. The program has interprofessional appeal to physicians, therapists and nursing experts. »

Prof. Dr. med. Andreas Luft, Medical Director cereneo

cereneo is looking forward to the 5th European Stroke Organisation Conference (ESOC), taking place from the 22th-24th May at the MiCo Milano Congress in Milan, Italy.

As leading conference for international clinicians e.g. physicians, nurses, physical therapists and other healthcare professionals that work in the field of stroke, we are excited to learn about the latest scientific developments in stroke care and rehabilitation.

This year’s programme is extensive and exciting: that is why we asked our Prof. Luft to select the most interesting sessions that are worth keeping an eye on. Based on his input, we created a short list that include 5 talks you want to listen to. Read more below.
