Besides those who care for our patients on a daily basis, there are a large number of colleagues who work behind the scenes to ensure that everyone can do their job smoothly, receives their pay on time, and has the necessary work materials.
I'm a Senior Manager for Marketing & Communications and have been working at cereneo since May 2021. My responsibilities include content marketing, web design, and online advertising. Last week, I had the opportunity to oversee two exciting projects: filming a video podcast about mental health with a former patient of our Clinic , and a photoshoot for our home visits and online therapy services. I'm also one of the two authors of these blog posts, and writing is my great passion. In most cases, we research the articles using a wide variety of sources, but we also frequently conduct interviews with colleagues and relevant experts who provide us with the most important information.
The job advertisement for my position at cereneo really excited me, and of the various positions I applied for during that time, cereneo was my absolute favorite. My joy was all the greater when I received the offer after several interviews.
The only uncertainty in my decision was the location. Since I live near Zurich, I've always worked close to the city or directly in Zurich. The idea of working in Weggis on Lake Lucerne, which is quite remote for me, was therefore initially unusual. So far away from city life… But this uncertainty quickly subsided. The location of our two Clinic is simply priceless. The peace and quiet here not only help the patients recharge and find tranquility, but I also enjoy this atmosphere and the breathtaking view of the lake and mountains time and time again.
Ultimately, it's not the fantastic location that makes me look forward to coming to the office every day, but the Team At cereneo I appreciate the way we interact and collaborate, the appreciation for my performance, and the trust that my colleagues and superiors place in me.

Such team spirit is not something to take for granted. I've experienced very different places. That's why I enjoy being part of this team so much. Of course, I look forward to the weekend on Fridays, but on Sundays I'm always already looking forward to Monday.
